Diploma in Pharmacy is three years program of CTEVT at Karnali technical School. This program is run from guidelines of Nepal Pharmacy Council and this program prepares technical human resources for pharmaceutical industries and develops leadership qualities to manage rationale supply of pharmaceutical and use of drugs in the healthcare sector and inspect quality control usage of drugs. It provides skills and knowledge of forensic and community pharmacy, hospital and clinical pharmacy along with comprehensive professional field practice.

Karnali Technical School offers Diploma in Forestry program of CTEVT. This program is three years to produce mid-level forestry technical human resources for community forestry management, soil conservation, watershed management, wildlife and protected area management. The first-year focus on basic science and fundamental courses, and second year on disciplinary courses of watershed management, community forestry, forest measurement, forest management, forest harvesting and agroforestry.

It is a three year program to produce mid-level agriculture technicians who can provide technical knowledge in the public and private agriculture sector. Karnali Technical School offers Diploma in Civil Engineering program affiliated with CTEVT. This program prepares and produces a middle level technical workforce in civil engineering construction projects for national development and economic prosperity. It is three years six semesters program which provides foundation course of engineering from physics, chemistry and Mathematics, and language, followed by disciplinary courses Engineering, management, communication and capped by mainstream courses in highway, sanitary engineering, irrigation Engineering, construction management, computer application and project work in the learning areas of this program.
