Karnali Technical School

Karnali Technical School (KTS) was established in the year 1980 AD (2037 BS). It is located in Chandan Nath, Jumla, Nepal. The school is among the best in technical education in the Karnali region and is located in one of Nepal's most remote areas. It was founded by the combined effort of the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Education (MoE), and the United Mission to Nepal (UMN).

KTS is affiliated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) and offers the following courses to aspiring Students:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Pharmacy
• Diploma in Forestry
• Diploma in Plant Science

The School offers a variety of short-term training programs in the areas of agriculture, construction, and health depending on public need.
