Bachelor of Science in Nursing offered by Kathmandu University (KU) is a four-year academic program that intends to produce better graduates by equipping them with the practical skills as well as theoretical concept. Eligibility Criteria:
The aspirants must have to complete either intermediate sciences or must have to complete +2 with Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math and English as main subjects. Candidates must have to secure a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate. Candidates should be both physically and mentally fit for this course.
Admission Criteria:
Should have completed ten plus2 or equivalent education with 2.4 GPA, C+ in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and minimum C in other subjects. or Completed ten plus2 education in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and 50 percentage and above overall.
The National Health Service, private and public hospitals, healthcare providers, clinics, voluntary organizations, schools, universities, and armed forces are some of the prime recruiters for this bachelor degree holder. Individual with this degree can work as physician associate, paramedic, midwife, mental health nurse, high-intensity therapist, health visitor, work as a nurse in schools and in firms as well. In addition to this, Graduates can also pursue their career as counselor, health service manager, lecturer or social worker.
