Koshi Health Institute/Koshi health and Science Campus was established in 1997 AD with the aim of producing mid-level and higher level human resources on various disciplines of health sciences. It is centrally located in Biratnagar City at Sansarimaisathan, Morang.  Koshi health and Science Campus is affiliated to Purbanchal University for Bachelor Level Programs and Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) for Certificate Level Programs. Currently, Koshi Health and Science Campus is offering seven programs namely PCL in General Medicine(HA), Diploma in Pharmacy, Bachelor in Public Health (BPH), Post Basic Bachelor in Nursing (PBBN), Auxiliary Midwife Nursing (ANM), Community Medical Assistant (CMA) and Lab Assistant. Koshi Health Institute has its own 50-bed general hospital named Morang cooperative Hospital where the student can complete their OJT and Clinical practices.

As the world moves with its new challenges and unique demands, the rapid pace of globalization increase the demand of its dedicated nurses, public health professionals, and other healthcare experts, who possess the required skill set and commitment, using international standards. Koshi health and Science Campus provides a learning environment in which students learn both theoretically and practically. Through our extracurricular and curricular activities, we instill personal qualities, i.e. self-reliance, self-confidence, discipline, and leadership qualities, in our students and prepare them for forthcoming challenges. Facilities

This Institute has been running in well-maintained buildings with classrooms, library, laboratories, office, and hostel.  It has well- equipped laboratory facilities with modern equipment and accessories required for demonstration and practical classes on basic science including clinical practices, i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Zoology, Botany, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Parapsychology, Hematology, and Physiopathology. In addition, bilateral agreements have also been made between the institution and the reputed hospitals.
