Lincoln College offers two years four semesters Master of Business Studies program of Tribhuvan University. This program prepares for higher level managers, entrepreneurs in functional areas of management and operations of business functions. It provides knowledge required by managers to take informed decisions from areas of finance, communication, marketing, management. MBS uses a flexible method of learning from group work, lectures, project work, presentations and also carries dissertation work based on independent research work in the area of business.

Bachelor of Arts of Lincoln College is a four year study program of Tribhuvan University Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. This program provides broad knowledge and skills from liberal arts, humanities and social sciences and also theoretical understanding and methodological skills which can be utilized in the profession of teaching, journalism, consultancy, social work, government and non-government organizations. 

Lincoln College offers a four year Bachelor of Business Studies program at Tribhuvan University. This program provides broad knowledge and skills underlying operation and management of organizations from a managerial perspective. It also focuses on entrepreneurship skills to create employment opportunities for others. BBS provides knowledge in comprehensive concepts, theories and practices, foundation and core business courses and functional and concentration areas of business in accounting, finance, management, marketing, with business research projects.

Lincoln College offers a four year Bachelor of Social Work program at Tribhuvan University. This program provides knowledge of social work practitioners and researchers. It provides insights into unique issues faced by children and adults, and provides social services to families, individuals and communities. It provides learning by experience from field work, case studies and social camps to work as volunteers and gain first hand information for evaluation and research on pertinent areas of social problems and development requirements.

Lincoln College offers the Bachelor of Education program of Tribhuvan University. This program is to prepare for trained teachers in the secondary level of school education. It provides knowledge on subject matters of education, pedagogy knowledge and skills, courses in professional areas of teaching using instructional technology, ICT in education and specialized subjects, teachers training in practicum, along with specialization in major and minor courses required for teaching in secondary level as competent teachers.

Lincoln College offers four years eight semesters Bachelor of Business Management program of Tribhuvan University. This program provides knowledge from foundations of business studies and computer courses providing innovative management education based on experiential learning and innovative mindsets. This program helps to understand operations and change and management of business operations in a dynamic business environment. Focus areas of BBM are in banking, sales and marketing, insurance and enterprise management, and accounting.

Lincoln College offers a two years Plus2 Science program of the National Examination Board. It provides options to select from computer science and mathematical groups. It provides theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of scientific theories and evidence-based experiments of the scientific facts in areas of Physics, Chemistry, Biology. It also lays the foundation of mathematics and computer science to study in IT fields, besides Engineering, medical, science and technology, research-based programs in the further areas from the basic knowledge of this program.

Lincoln College offers two years plus2 Humanities program of NEB. This program provides knowledge of human society, behavior, profession, development communication areas pertinently. This program provides pathways to relate with others and prepare for a better future through critical thinking, logical reasoning, compassion and creative ways of handling issues faced by the people. Some of the main areas of this social science program are mass communication, sociology, psychology, language studies etc.

Lincoln College offers a two years Plus2 education program of NEB. This program provides knowledge in the foundation of education and understanding of the education system from grassroot level and also develops knowledge and skills which will be later beneficial for teaching professions and education sector commitment. It encompasses knowledge from all fields of science and art, management and humanities, law, life skills, hospitality, film, and engineering areas in a broad sense of study of this program.

Lincoln College offers a two years Plus2 Management program of NEB. This program provides management principles and theories of business functions, computer science, hotel management, travel and tourism management, marketing and economics as areas of learning. It lays foundation level qualifications for junior entry level managerial jobs or Bachelor level studies in business, hotel management, travel and tourism management and computer application courses also. Core courses are English, Nepali, Accountancy and economics and others are optional.
