Executive Master of Business Administration
PU AffiliatedManagement Development Campus Anam Nagar, Kathmandu offers Executive Master of Business Administration program of Purbanchal University. It is a two years four semesters program of 69 credit hours of study. This program is aimed for working executives, and professionals of corporate organizations to earn a business degree while holding full time jobs. It provides knowledge and skills in business management, economic analysis, business statistics, Management Accounting, human resource, managerial communications, quantitative techniques, organization psychology, marketing, corporate finance management, research, legal framework of business, management information system, strategic management, production and operations management, international business and total quality management. This program skills when applied professionally can lead to career advancing work challenges.
The Management Development Campus is a recently founded college within the Management Association of Nepal- Management Development Center (MAN-MDC). The main goal is to communicate knowledge and share work experience with people who hope to become best managers. They commit themselves to helping all management-skilled people in improving their actions maturely and honestly.
MAN-MDC offers an Executive Master of Business AdministrationF (EMBA) program since 2006. This is a two-year course which is conducted at Purbanchal University. The main aim of the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) course is to improve the leadership and managerial skills of mid-career professionals in the government, organization, and non-governmental areas, self-employed small business starters, and other qualified people who can also be benefited from this EMBA program. After graduation from EMBA, the students are back to their organization with their improved careers, and the majority of the students are given new opportunities and responsibilities for advancement.

The main objective of the Management Development Campus is to help increase independent views on the issues related to people’s lives.
MDC carries out the policy on important progress and organizational issues. capacity building program for IBRD, Productivity Linked Incentive System for JCF, Feasibility Study, and Business Plan Creation for an Industrial Clinic for the Enterprise Program of the USAID.
Many public and private colleges like Royal Nepal Airlines Corporation, Nepal CRS Company, and Sajha Cooperative Centre, have been part of the consultancy service provided by the campus on topics like recruitment and selection, coorporate strategy, business adinistration, and cost reduction.
