Mangal Secondary School offers a two years Plus2 Science program of two years from the National Examination Board. It provides core knowledge and skills from physics, chemistry, biology along with skills of mathematics and computer science for meeting the requirement to study further in this field. This program provides the understanding of human beings and their collective thoughts, actions and culture. In this program the conceptual level knowledge is provided for knowing the field of humanities from general law, sociology, major English, Nepali, population studies, political science, rural development areas of studies.

This program provides the background of the education field and role of teaching, counseling, early child development with the knowledge from health and physical education, population studies, child development, major English and major Nepali.
