Manohar Shahid Smarak Campus is affiliated with Tribhuvan University for the Bachelor of Business Studies program. This program provides comprehensive business and management knowledge and skills. This program prepares competent managers for organized areas of activities from functions of finance, marketing, accounting, human resource management, entrepreneurship and economics. The study begins with a foundation level of interdisciplinary language, economic analysis, legal environment, quantitative and research methods and meets core business courses and specialization areas for some degree of functional expertise from this program.

This program provides a foundation level of knowledge of human beings and their collective with professional engagement from the interdisciplines of language, mass communication, sociology, psychology, economics, business and contemporary societies in the studies. It also develops a range of soft skills such as critical thinking, communication, ethical insight, creativity, cultural awareness along with language, history and cultural backgrounds.

This program provides foundation level concepts of management principles, functions of business organizations from accounting, marketing, finance, human resource and general management practices. This program provides knowledge of business enterprise, hotel and hospitality industry sectors as stepping stones for higher levels of management study.
