The Mid-Western University of Management and Business Studies was established on June 17, 2010, A.D. in Birendranagar, Surkhet, Nepal. The Government of Nepal founded this institution by a Parliament Act with the notion of a multi-college system. The College is committed to fostering student leadership with the goal of transforming the job landscape. The institution focuses on preparing students to be corporate leaders and expert managers who can retain leadership in enterprises and governments on a national and global scale. The college kept the focus by combining academic and practical knowledge in case studies and fieldwork on corporate governance. The vision of the Mid-Western University(MWU) of Management is to become a leader in corporate and management School, dedicated to the quality standard of learning, practice, and teaching. To prepare the students or youth of the nation to handle the challenges of the corporate world in a creative and productive way.

Mid-Western University of Management's purpose is to create and offer knowledge, and understanding of administration and entrepreneurial disciplines. The institute encourages and trains individuals to become professionals and pursue careers in corporate, industry, and government, as well as to address problems in a professional manner.

Academic Program

Bachelor in Business Studies (BBS)

BBS is a four-year, semester-based curriculum. MWU is linked with this scheme. Individuals must have completed ten plus two certificates with a minimum of 50% in aggregate from an institution accredited by the institution in order to participate in this scheme.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

BBA is a four-year degree with semesters. Mid-Western University is linked with this scheme. This curriculum offers a variety of academic introductions in functional, foundation, and other optional areas like marketing, leadership, and human resource management. To participate in this program, Individuals must have completed ten plus two certificates with a minimum of 50% in aggregate from any institution recognized by MWU.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

The MBA course lasts two years and is semester-based. The framework of this course is intended to teach both theoretical and practical knowledge. Candidates can improve their creative and analytical skills in order to check and address the problem positively. To be eligible for this scheme, individuals must have completed a Bachelor's degree with at least 45% overall. Candidates must present proof of graduation from a respectable college recognized by MWU.

Master in Business Studies (MBS)

MBS is a two-year, semester-based curriculum. Mid-western University is in charge of this curriculum. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 45% in aggregate from a board recognized by MWU.
