This program prepares medical lab technicians in diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease with pathological tests. It provides practical knowledge of clinical lab techniques, interpret and explain underlying principles of each investigation, practice quality control techniques in the medical lab, supervise subordinates and prepare reports, and set up medical labs in primary health care Centre and district level.
