MBA Executive | Pokhara University

Master of Business Administration Executive (EMBA) program offered by the Pokhara University has been divided into four semesters over a period of two years. The program builds a solid foundation in the fundamental areas of a management. For the successful completion of this program, students need to complete forty-eight credit hours: forty-five credit hours in course work and rest in preparing an inclusive business development plan.

The program is divided into three parts: Foundation Courses, Functional Area Courses and Core Courses. The first year introduces students to subjects like Organizational Behavior, Managerial Communication, Organizational Management, Financial Reporting Systems, Managerial Economics, Data Analysis and Modeling etc. In the second year, students study Strategic Management, Strategic Marketing, Corporate Governance etc. Students are provided with electives subjects like Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Marketing Research, Human Resource Development, Seminar In Contemporary Issues, Organizational Development and Change etc.

Objectives of MBA Executive

Admission Requirements in MBA Executive

Candidates interested in pursuing Master of Business Administration Executive program should have completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any stream from the board or university recognized by Pokhara University. They should have at least 4 years of work experience after completion of undergraduate degree.
