Rising Star College of Management is located in Bafal, Kalanki. This academy was pioneered by its board of directors and advisory team. It has been successfully developing future managers and leaders with a set of managerial and entrepreneurial skills from their academic curriculum. It has also been organizing mock preparatory classes and successfully running a +2 program in Management Education and Bachelor of Business Studies at Nepal College of Management, which is a higher educational wing of the Rising Star Education Network. The +2 exam is monitored by the National Examination Board and the Bachelor of Business Studies program at Tribhuvan University.
In Rising Star College, the scholars can also benefit from noncredit courses such as General Management and entrepreneurship skill training with group discussions, interviews, workshops, business play, and motivational seminars. Mock banking and insurance training to help them understand banking and insurance, CA orientation classes, and abroad study counseling.
Rising Star College provides a conducive atmosphere for learning in a well-laid infrastructure and facilities such as an adequate classroom with limited seats in each section, a library, and computer labs.
Other facilities of Rising Star College are various scholarships and awards to deserving candidates, transportation facilities, separate hostels for boys and girls, education excursions, a cafeteria, a basketball court, and computer labs with internet backups. The aspiring students have to appear for the entrance exam as scheduled, which will be based on objective-type multiple questions. The successful candidates will be interviewed before getting admission to the new batch of +2 and BBS programs.

Bachelor of Business Studies
Bachelor of Business Studies: Bachelor of Business Studies was launched at Rising Star College of Management to redefine trends in Management education. It has been devised by Tribhuvan University. This program provides a foundation of Business Management conceptual knowledge to help them become future leaders of business organizations. Rising Star College of Management instills leadership training, entrepreneurial skills training, workshops, and seminars to highlight business development practical knowledge with theory subjects to their students. Graduates have financial, entrepreneurial, and Managerial knowledge which help them to excel in their profession.
+2 Management
+2 Management is an intermediate level program in Management studies. It is a two years program that provides knowledge about Business Management, Accounting principles, Economics to build a base for higher education in Management discipline. The total intake of students for this program is 240 and in each section there will be 30 students. The teachers and instructors are very qualified and skilled and they will facilitate course material with adequate training to bring the best out of students.
