BE Electrical Engineering is an undergraduate program that focuses on application and design of equipment in the electrical sector and their applications in different Areas like medicine, biology, geology and ecology. Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu University and Pokhara University are providing Bachelor of engineering in electrical Engineering. It is one of the few demanding courses in the rapidly growing field of Engineering. This course focuses on the application and design of equipment in the electrical sector with a careful understanding of theory and practice.

It is grouped into two areas Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering in Communication of total 150 credit hours and Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Power and Control of total 150 credit hours. Their course is more categorical and rigorous to produce Electrical Engineers in Electronics Industries and Hydropower and thermal Plants.
