Universal Engineering and Science College offers a five years academic program Bachelor in Architecture of Pokhara University. It provides knowledge of building design, construction and sustainability. It integrates study of innovative design, engineering, art for functional and aesthetic building and structures. It provides knowledge also in urban planning, interior design, advancing technology, and interdisciplinary skills. It helps to produce architects for residential, commercial, industrial, landscape, urban planning, historic preservation and project management. 

Universal Engineering and Science College offers Master of Science in Construction Management of Pokhara University. This program prepares construction managers with analytical tools, behavioral skills and environment consideration for construction business organization effective decision making. It provides interdisciplinary knowledge of construction management, from managerial, statistical, economic, and financial views. This program will give knowledge of construction project engineering administration, safety engineering, policies environment and law, project planning and control and human resource management implementation. 

Universal Engineering and Science College offers two years, four semesters Master of Science in Transportation Engineering and Management program of Pokhara University. This program prepares high level transportation professionals from the knowledge of social, economic, communication, legal, behavioral issues in executing transportation projects and formulate transport plans and policies at international, national, sub national levels. It also allows one to gain competency to efficiently manage transportation projects. 

Universal Engineering and Science College offers four years eight semesters Bachelor of Civil Engineering program of Pokhara University. It deals with planning, designing, constructing and maintaining physical infrastructures. It provides knowledge of geo technology, structures, materials, fluid, surveys, construction management. This program will help to land careers in public and private arena at national and international level such as government officer, construction expert, researcher, designer, consultant, academician etc.

Universal Engineering and Science College offers four years eight semesters Bachelor in Computer Engineering program of Pokhara University. This program provides knowledge and skill to develop computer hardware and software. It also allows the design and development of computer systems and technological equipment. Students of this program will learn to embed computing devices in machines and systems, developing faster, smaller and efficient computers, knowledge of digital technology, computer systems and networks, artificial intelligence and a few concepts of electrical engineering and mathematics also.
