TU Exam Department to Provide its Services Online

The exam department of Tribhuvan University has decided to embrace digital transformation. It will provide its services online, starting from the 15th Magh, 2080 (29th January, 2024).

This decision to go online for services will help thousands of students out there. Previously, they had to visit the department at Balkhu to make or correct their educational certificates. Now, they can do so from an official website, even when they are out of the valley.

Here are the steps that students should follow to receive the services online.

  1. Log in to the official website, https://tuexam.edu.np/
  2. After logging in, click on the certificate link.
  3. After signing-up, you will receive a link to your email. Click on the link for further procedure.
  4. An interface will appear. Upload the registration slip there.
    Note: PDF, JPG, and Image form are the formats supported by the interface.
  5. After this, go to the transcript section and fill in all the required details. Click on the services you need and fill out the form as per online availability. Deposit the associated fees from the bank and submit it.
  6. The concerned department will start the service as per the information you provide. If the information is correct, the department will proceed with the printing procedure of the transcript. They will also notify you if any details are incorrect.
  7. The certificate of those students using online services will be provided by the Regional Examination Controller Office.

Key Information about Online Services

  • This online service will start on 15th Magh, 2080 B.S. Monday from 10:00 A.M. Both online and offline service modes will be available for the time being until further notice.
  • The details regarding you like Name, Surname, and others can be corrected by visiting the nearest Regional Office of the Controller of Exam or at Central Exam Department, Balkhu.
  • You can collect the certificates by yourself or through another person. While collecting it, a proof of an identity is a must.
  • Any error on this matter will be informed via phone calls or emails. So, upload your valid phone number and email address.
