Sales Manager

A Sales Manager coaches the Sales team and helps them to achieve the growth and hit the sales target and also meet customer acquisition for the Company. Usually in a big Company the Executives put a ceiling with a sales quota and Sales Managers help to meet the quotas and also uphold any sales policies which have been passed down from the Executive level. They have knowledge about business product offering and value propositions. They solve their clients and customers' sales problem by customizing and creating tailored sales solutions.

Working Hours

Sales Managers have a full time working hour and can work 40 hours per week. They have to travel and participate in conferences and meetings.
 

Pay Scale of Sales Manager

Sales Managers with high level of work Experience and Academic qualifications can earn up to Rs 141000 per month. They can work in Government and Private Companies.

  2. Design and Implement Strategic plan with solid customer base and locations
  3. Present Sales, Revenue, forecast and expenses report to the Management team
  4. Identify emerging new markets and be aware about competitors' products and services.
  5. Maintain Professional and technical knowledge by attending educational  workshops and through personal networking.
