About the Program
The Bachelor of Hospitality and Catering Management (BHCM) targets the growing hospitality industry. It is a 4 years (8 semesters) program comprising 138 credit hours. The course deals with hotel and restaurant operation, food production and preparation, international marketing, financial analysis, front office operations, etc. BHCM graduates will be able to get an employment opportunity at posts like supervisory and managerial level.
