About the Program

NCCS offers the Bachelor of Information Management (BIM) that is affiliated with the Tribhuvan University (TU). It is a 4-year course that contains the necessary subjects associated with both the information technology and the management. Its aim is to produce skilled manpower that is capable of handling tasks related to the management and the information technology and also to make the graduates able to solve the management problems using the knowledge of information technology.

The students are required to complete project works and also internship as the part of their course. The graduates have plenty of opportunities to pursue their career in either information technology or the management sector. They can also opt-in for their master degree if they wish to study more.


Eligibility

Eligibility and admission procedure

The students need to complete 12 years of formal schooling with at least the second division to be eligible for the admission. Here is the admission procedure for getting an admission.

  • Application form: The first process is to fill an application form. The candidates must fill out all the required information on an application form, and they should also provide all the necessary copies of relevant academic documents to the college at the time of the submission.
  • Entrance exam: The candidates are required to appear in the CMAT examination that is conducted by the Tribhuvan University. The candidates must secure the minimum marks in the exam to be considered for an admission. The Tribhuvan University won't accept the students who cannot secure minimum required marks in the CMAT exam. There will be questions that will test your verbal, logical, quantitative skills and general awareness.

The faculty members will carefully evaluate all the results before taking a decision of selecting the best candidates.
