Recipes for Mouth-Watering Chicken Courses

The entire chicken fanatic out there, Let's do magic in the kitchen. Here are some recipes for mouth-watering chicken courses. You don’t have to visit expensive restaurants to taste the exotic dishes.

Restaurant style butter chicken

  • In a bowl, take chicken pieces. Add 2 spoon yogurts in it. Then put red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Mix it well. Marinate the chicken pieces for 15 minutes.

  • Heat the pan and add oil in it. Wait till the oil is hot and then start frying the marinated chicken. Now that he chicken is ready, transfer it into another bowl.

  • To fry onions in the pan, put chopped onions in the pan. Since it’s a butter chicken, add butter in it. After frying onions for a few minutes, add chopped tomatoes and cashew nuts. Once it is evenly mixed, add some water in it followed by garlic paste, salt, sugar, garam masala powder, and red chili powder.

  • Let the mixture shimmer for at least 15-20 minutes. Then run it into a grinder.

  • Now that the puree is ready, reheat the gravy and then add butter, cream and next goes in the chicken and crushed methi. Toss it well and the restaurant-style butter chicken is ready. Garnish it with whipped cream and coriander leaves.

Masala Chicken

  • To marinate the chicken, take half kg chicken in a bowl. Add ½ table spoon salt, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, cinnamon powder and turmeric powder in the bowl. Mix it well and leave it for 10 minutes.

  • While the chicken marinates, fry onions in a pan. Heat the pan and add oil in it for few minutes. Add finely chopped onions and salt, and fry for few minutes. Then add tomato puree, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon gram masala, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and ½ teaspoon salt. Mix it well and let it fry for 2 minutes.

  • Now add marinated chicken in the pan. Mix it well for 7 minutes and then add half glass water. Let it cook for 20 minutes. Then add green chili and coriander leaves and again cook it for 1 minute. Your masala chicken is ready to be served.

Crispy Spicy Fried Chicken

  • Take some water in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp salt in it and stir well. Add the chicken leg pieces in the water one by one. Marinate it for one hour in the refrigerator.

  • Take all purpose flour (maida) in a plate. Add ½ tbsp salt, ½ tbsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder in it and mix them.

  • Add an egg in a bowl. Then add some milk in it. Add ¼ tbsp salt, 1 tbsp of turmeric powder. Mix it well.

  • Take out marinated chicken. Rinse the water and put the water free chicken in a bowl.

  • Dip the chicken in the mixture prepared in step number 2 one by one. Then dip them again in the mixture prepared in step number 3.

  • Heat mustard oil in a frying pan. Deep fry the chicken pieces in the oil. Fry for 10 minutes till the pieces get cooked. Take out the chicken pieces on a plate. Serve it with tomato and chili sauce.
